Single-layer materials can no longer meet the stringent requirements of the high-end market for container performance. The Huayu 5000L three-layer blow molding machine utilizes advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology to achieve optimal material combinations, producing high-performance containers with superior durability.

Technical Highlights

Multi-Layer Co-extrusion Technology: Produces composite structures with up to 12 layers (1-12 layer capability). The three-layer structure allows different materials (HDPE or HMWHDPE) for inner, middle, and outer layers - recycled material in middle layer reduces costs while virgin material in inner/outer layers ensures cleanliness and weatherability.
Powerful Performance & High Output: 3500 kN clamping force ensures stable molding of large containers. Extrusion rate up to 750 kg/h with parison weight of 170 kg enables highly efficient production.
Stable and Reliable Configuration: German Siemens PLC core control system ensures smooth operation and precise process control. Rigid, durable machine design meets demands of long-term continuous production.

Widely used for producing 3000L to 5000L chemical liquid storage tanks, multi-layer water tanks, and large industrial containers requiring special barrier or structural properties.
